How We Work
Just Portraits is committed to creating jobs in our local communities that people can be proud of, feel valued, and contribute to the success of a team. Actively creating intergenerational teams and supporting those who may need flexibility, Just Portraits is pioneering best in class people processes. While many industries are moving away from employing people, Just Portraits is leaning into it. For our Team Members, we honour the whole human with strong programmes for Training, Development and Respect. Interested to know more, we are always happy to share our methods.
We charge the site an activity fee which gets you between 8 and 32+ residents through our program in a day depending on the service selected, site/social committee coordination, and mobility of your residents. We also have many Extra's to add to the packages on offer.

We set up in the community centre with our backdrops, lights, music (site permitting) and printers. This creates a great central buzz about the place. Within 90 minutes, each participant gets 3 high resolution digital images (plus a couple image with partner if applicable) and 1- 5x7-, 2- 4x6’ and 4 wallet sized images of their favourite pose. Additional printed pages available for $8.

We set up in the community centre as above, but are also able to take custom pictures of your residents in their residence or other chosen location within the grounds such as in the gardens. This requires a bit more coordination- but the personalised feel and meaning to the images is priceless. Each participant gets 5 high resolution digital images (plus 2 couple images with partner if applicable) and 1- 5x7-, 2- 4x6’ and 4 wallet sized images for two of their favourite poses (two sets of prints). Additional printed pages available for $8.

We set up in the community centre, are able to take personalised portraits in a chosen location and are also able to provide up to 4 natural images of each resident going about their day. Very popular to show families the vibrant community that is caring for their loved ones. This is best done over a week. With permission, this also provides the sites amazing professional content for Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, marketing materials etc. Each participant gets 7 high resolution digital images (plus 2 couple images with partner if applicable) and 1- 5x7-, 2- 4x6’ and 4 wallet sized images of 3 of their favourite poses (3 sets of prints). Additional printed pages available for $8.
Includes 2 photographers- one for portraits, one for lifestyle. Images and prints delivered within 10 working days.
